| Our minimum order value amounts to
150, - plus the legal value added tax. We
cannot process jobs under this value from cost reasons. |

ORDER/PACKING UNITS |
| Articles are available only in the respective
packing units (VE). If you would like articles from our assortment orders, then you can
make your order directly over our 24 hours eShop system on-line.
Also you can send us a fax with the order
data. |

We supply packages by
Deutsche Post AG Euro Express cash on delivery.
Depending upon situation concerning orders and
distance the delivery time amounts to with package endings
approx a few days after order
input. |
Pallet dispatch:
We dispatch pallets by our
Transport-Company by cash on
delivery.
With the pallet dispatch you should with a delivery
time of approx.. 3-7 days count.
Cash on delivery forwarding
business transmissions are always advised by telephone one day
before arrival. |

including the collection fees.
With forwarding business
dispatch a lump sum is calculated by EUR
59,00/Pallet.

| We supply all parcel supplies comfortably
by EURO express cash on delivery. |

[ 8 ] SUPPLIES TO EU-countries |
Orders to EU-countries are possible only by
paying bevore supply. Minimum job
250, -
Shipping charges are calculated to
the tariffs of the German post office AG or our house forwarding
business.
With specification of the EU-value added tax
identification Number. We do not calculate a German value added tax. If
the orderer should not have a EU-Identification number, we are fiscally obligated to
calculate the German value added tax separately. |

[ 9 ] SUPPLIES OUTSIDE OF EU-countries |
Orders outside of EU-countries are possible only
by paying bevore supply.
Minimum job
1,000, -.The dispatch takes place via our
house forwarding business or via forwarding business of the orderer,
to the own costs. The customs-declaration and formalities are processed by us. The orderer result thereby no further
costs. |

QUALITIES/DESCRIPTIONS |
| The quality of our goods is, so far not
differently indicated, commercial quality, i.e., articles identical
to Florists- or building market quality. The article
procurementnesses is indicated as in the respective descriptions.
With specification of masses, colours or other characteristics these
are as approximately to be always regarded. With our articlephotos
are any decorations (e.g. ceramics, pots, candles, Deco, o.Ae.) not
constituent of the articles, as far as this is not differently
indicated. |

[ 11 ] OUR PRICE
GUARANTEE |
| On all articles ordered with us we grant a price
guarantee. If the orderer gets the goods received from us with
another wholesale with same packing unit within 4 weeks more
favorably, he can send us back the unopened/intact goods to
arrangement. In this case we carry forwarding expenses and hand to
the orderer out a credit note. |

[ 12 ] COMMITMENTS OF InterNet orders |
| With the sending off to the on-line up or fax
order gives the orderer an obligatory order. One possibly from the
orderer to nonacceptance of the supply which can be answered for
causes substantial costs. In this case we can insist on fulfilment
of the contract. If we should of stand because of nonacceptance to
withdraw, the arisen costs are entitled to us by commissioning,
restorage, dispatch, etc.. Developed costs by nonacceptance we
calculate us overall with 15% of the net commodity value, plus us
developed forwarding expenses. Unreliable orderers become closed in
our EDP for further supplies. |

] BREAK DAMAGE BY PACKAGE
DISPATCH |
| We offer our customers to supply fragile goods
by pallet dispatch. For possibly developed break
damage with package dispatch we do not take over adhesion. |

[ 15 ] SECURITY OF YOUR CUSTOMER DATA |
| Their customer data is stored with us only for
the generally necessary business concern. It does not take place
passing on at third persons, companies or unions. |

|
[ 16 ] TRADING LICENCE |
| With sending off of the on-line or fax order the
orderer explains that he is fiscally entered correctly in the
possession of a valid trading licence, furthermore with his
responsible tax office. No sales at private persons. |
